We are currently accepting vendor applications for the Honeoye Lake Strawberry Festival on Sunday, June 28, 2026. We’re curating a thoughtful mix of participants that reflect the spirit of the day— local, seasonal, and rooted in the Finger Lakes. Our goal is to create a Main Street experience that feels welcoming, well-paced, and enjoyable for all.
What We’re Looking For:
Agriculture & Farm-Based
Local farms and growers
Fresh produce, especially strawberries and seasonal items
Farm animals or petting areas (must be well-managed and staffed)
Food & Culinary
Chef demonstrations or food experiences
Locally made packaged foods (jams, baked goods, honey, maple, etc.)
Simple, easy-to-serve offerings that complement the day
Strawberry-inspired items are encouraged.
Educational & Community
Organizations that highlight agriculture, rural life, or the local environment
Hands-on or approachable educational displays
Makers & Artisans
Handmade goods including pottery, wood, metal, textiles, jewelry, candles, and more
Small-batch makers with a clear point of view
We aim to create a curated market—simple, well-made, and thoughtfully presented.
What We Are Not Accepting:
Mass-produced or resale-heavy goods
MLM or direct sales companies
Flea market or tag-sale style setups
Overly commercial or cluttered displays
Vendor Requirements:
All vendors are expected to meet the following:
Setup & Presentation
Tents must be sturdy; white preferred
All tents must be properly weighted
Vendors must remain set up from 10 AM – 4 PM
Vendors are responsible for setup, breakdown, and trash removal
Proof of liability insurance is required
Operations
Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event (10 AM – 4 PM)
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown
Take-in / take-out all trash (leave your space as you found it)
Insurance & Business Info
Proof of general liability insurance is required
Once vendors are approved, you will need to submit a coverage certificate.
Additional Needs
Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance
Food vendors must comply with local health regulations
Vendor Fee
$50 participation fee
(Payment details will be provided upon acceptance).
Final Note
We’re working to create a day that feels true to Honeoye— nothing overdone, just a good day on Main Street.
