There are many ways to get involved — from helping plan a specific part of the Festival, making valuable community or business connections, or volunteering on Festival weekend.
Our current planning areas include:
Strawberry Foodie
Local food, strawberries, farmers, agriculture and strawberry-inspired food experiences.
Vendor & Business Relations
Artisan and food vendors, local business participation and Festival-day vendor coordination.
Entertainment and Festival Experiences
Music, pie & jam contests, games, activities, cars/automotive experiences and other things that make the day fun and engaging.
Marketing / Publicity / Sponsorship
Festival promotion, media, business outreach and sponsorship support.
Volunteer Recruitment / Ambassador Program
Recruiting and coordinating volunteers, guest experience and Festival-day helping hands.
Legal / Insurance / Accounting
Supporting the Festival with contracts, insurance, financial and other professional needs.
Site Logistics
Festival layout, signage, seating, services, setup and other on-the- ground needs.
Strawberry Social
Planning and supporting our Festival fundraising/social event.
We’ll also be looking for “Captains”— people willing to take ownership of one clearly defined project or Festival-day responsibility under a Committee Chair — along with people who simply want to help with a specific task or volunteer Festival weekend.
