The Great Strawberry Pie Bake Off

A simple nod to tradition at the start of summer.

Few things feel more like summer than a homemade strawberry pie. We invite you to bring your best and take part in a friendly, old-Fashioned competition celebrating tradition and craftsmanship. We’ll be collecting recipes and Baker’s Notes to help preserve a bit of Honeoye’s strawberry tradition—with hopes of building something special to share in the years ahead. After the festival, we’ll share highlights—including winners and stories behind them. 

One pie will be auctioned with proceeds supporting Greater Richmond Area Charity Events (GRACE).

• Drop-Off: 9:00 – 9:30 AM

• Judging: 10:00 – 11:00 AM

• Winners: 3:30 PM

• Amateur bakers of all ages

What to Bring

• Two pies

• Labeled

• Recipe + ingredient list + Baker’s Note

• One pie for judging, one for auction benefiting GRACE.
